Since 2002 I’m Java developer and I fatally met Ruby 4 years ago. Now I support of domestic and foreign marketing of the IT business also I am a coordinator and a training lecturer of Ruby business. To expand the possibility of Ruby from not only the technology but also the viewpoint of the business, I am acting around Fukuoka Prefecture.

What skill is requested for Rubyist these days? Why Ruby is loved deeply all over the world? The reason is Ruby can expand a possibility of Business itself, I think. Thus using OSS Open Lab, which IPA provides, we created a training program for not only how to develop technically but also how to survive in complex economy. In this session, I will talk a part of this training program.
